Leading a cross-functional student team building a multi-platform travel app. Workflow runs on Agile + Jira; deployment is automated via Docker pipelines.

What I do here

  • Coordinate backend development in Java and frontend deployment (Vue.js web, Kotlin Android), keeping integration smooth via automated pipelines.
  • Manage Docker containers and oversee the deployment process — first hands-on DevOps for me at this scale.
  • Own planning, scope and team rituals.
